Further training dates for the Complex Needs Escalation and Support Tool (CNEST) have now been released. The training takes place online using MS Teams, facilitated by two CNEST Trainers.

The training session includes:

  • Practical experience in use of the CNEST through group discussion, group exercises, and watching video clip.
  • An opportunity to ask questions and consider how to implement CNEST within individual’s own practice.
  • Discussion of sources of ongoing support and information to keep you up to date.

Join us for a dedicated reflection session where you can share your experiences using CNEST after your training. Whether you've achieved early wins, encountered challenges, have questions, or want to suggest improvements—your feedback is essential and valued. 

This is a supportive space to connect with the CNEST team and peers, reflect on how the tool is supporting your role, and openly share your experiences.
